How to buy
- Place your order via our official website at www.posterific.my
- Payment can be paid via our online payment service provider i.e. e-GHL & PayPal
- Send us the standard banking payment slip for record purposes via email or WhatsApp.
- You will receive a payment confirmation statement with an official receipt from us via email.
- Your item(s) will be delivered to you in a sealed tube.
- Once payment is received, we will ship the item(s) via Pos Malaysia’s Pos Laju Next Day Delivery service*.
- We will provide you its delivery tracking number for tracking purpose. Pos Laju Malaysia Tracking website: www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/
- As per Pos Laju’s commitment of delivery, it will take at least ONE (1) day for your items to be delivered depending on your location.
- If you have not received your items within the next FIVE (5) days, please drop us an email stating your delivery tracking number. We will help in our own capacity to expedite the issue as soon as possible.
- In any case of not receiving your items, we will compensate the same order via Pos Laju Same Day Delivery* without any extra charges.
- We practice a 7-day return policy upon receiving your items
- To return your item to us, you are required to send the item via Pos Malaysia’s Pos Laju Next Day Delivery* service only. (Please notify us as we will compensate the delivery fee IMMEDIATELY with a proof of delivery tracking details)
- A FULL REFUND is given back to you if the seal on the tube is NOT TEMPERED upon receiving it back.
- ONLY a 50% of total purchase price will be refunded if the seal on the tube is TEMPERED upon receiving it back.
- The refund process will take up to 48 hours upon receiving the items.
